As many as 20 suspects have been arrested from Kathmandu and other districts for investigation of the explosion in front of Ncell headquarters in Nakkhu and arson at Ncell towers in other districts, police confirmed. “We have taken several suspects in custody for investigation, but we cannot disclose details of the investigation at present,” said Police Spokesperson and Senior Superintendent of Police Uttam Raj Subedi.
